Formerly the LaPlaya Beach Resort, Kabayan Beach Resort is one of the popular destinations in Laiya because it offers quality fun but for cheaper price. Rooms and Nipa huts are available for day trips or overnight stay where room rates starts at Php4,500 good for 2, and day tour nipa huts for Php1000. They also offer activities such as snorkeling, cove hopping, and trekking in Mt. Daguldol.

This is just beside Kabayan Beach, and pricier. Meals are mandatory in reservations but walk-in guests could bring in their own food and drinks, but you have to pay the corresponding corkage fees. Overnight rooms starts at Php 4000 while Picnic Huts starts at Php 800. They also offer activities like kayak, snorkeling, boating, and fishing

Coco Grove is more popular among tourists. The resort's main attraction are its tree house accommodations, zipline, trampolines, and nature trail. Campers can also set up their gears on the beach, and a swimming pool is also available.
